REFUND POLICY
At ZivFrame Studios, our goal is to make the photo and video content creation process smooth, transparent, and risk-free for our clients — especially while we grow and build trust with our local community.

No Upfront Payment Required
To make things easier for our clients, we do not require any payment at the time of booking. Once your real estate photo session is completed, we will send you a set of watermarked preview images within 24–48 hours.

How the Process Works

Book your session – no payment needed.

We shoot your property as scheduled.

You receive watermarked previews of the photos (low-res, for review only).

If you are satisfied, we send you a secure payment link.

Once payment is received, you receive the final high-resolution, watermark-free files.

If You Decide Not to Proceed
If for any reason you choose not to proceed with the purchase after receiving the watermarked previews:

You are under no obligation to pay.

No high-resolution files will be delivered, and the usage of the watermarked previews for any commercial or personal purpose is strictly prohibited.

This gives you complete flexibility with zero financial risk upfront.

Use of Watermarked Previews
The preview images sent prior to payment are the sole property of ZivFrame Studios and are intended for review only. They may not be:

Published online (including MLS or social media)

Shared with agents, clients, or third parties

Used for any commercial or marketing purposes
Doing so without authorization is a violation of copyright law and may result in legal action.

Rescheduling or Cancellations
We understand that things happen. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 12 hours in advance, and we’ll gladly move your appointment at no extra cost. There is no penalty or fee for cancellations at this time.
